All orders are fulfilled from Singapore. Occasionally, it may be fulfilled from Germany where the main office is. We only sell and ship to Singapore. If you would like to purchase a bicycle and get it shipped to another country, please contact us at kokua@kokuabikesg.com and we will try to find a solution.
We might use Singapore ecosystem of delivery providers to ship the bicycle to your place, in the box or fully assembled should you add this paid service. As such we'll have to communicate your details to ensure the bicycle can be delivered to you. We may also allow you to come and collect the bicycle from us if you prefer this option.
